Apple Trademark Images

Thank you for submitting <appName> to the App Store. We’ve reviewed <appName> and determined that we cannot post this version of your iPhone application to the App Store because of an Apple trademark image (See attached screenshot).  We want to remind you of the importance of following Apple’s posted Guidelines for Using Apple’s Trademarks and Copyrights: <http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html>.

If you believe that you can make the necessary changes so that <appName> does not infringe on Apple trademarks, we encourage you to do so and resubmit it for review.

Not only images, we got our first rejection letter because in the help text it said brought to you by the iPhone WikiServer.

That had to be changed to brought to you by the WikiServer for the iPhone.
Read the usage of Apple’s tradmark images, and words careful.

And yes it’s iPod touch, NOT iPod Touch

I had a splash screen, where some rectangles with rounded corners, and rectangle, circle and oval inside suggested the shape of iPhones, connecting through Wifi. I took the propotions from the real phone, but it seems you must not draw an iPhone on an iPhone or so…
