References a pre-release version of iPhone OS/SDK

Thank you for submitting your app xxxx 1.0 to the App Store. We’ve reviewed and determined that we cannot post it because it references a pre-release version of iPhone OS/SDK. Referencing a pre-release version of the OS/SDK is in violation of Section 2.1 of the iPhone SDK Agreement: “…Apple may provide You with pre-release versions of the SDK that constitute Apple Confidential Information and are subject to the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement.”

Any reference to the pre-release version of iPhone OS needs to be removed from the metadata. Once the necessary modifications are completed, please let us know so we can proceed with the review.
